Shipping & Returns
All domestic orders (UK) are eligible for free shipping. For weekday orders placed before 4pm GMT, we try to pack and ship within the next day or two. However, we are currently just a small team of two, so we appreciate your patience if it does take us a few days longer.
Prices for international orders will be calculated at checkout, and will depend on the location. Please note that international orders are subject to delays and import fees, which vary by location.
If a product arrives that has been damaged during shipping, we are happy to refund this in full or offer an exchange, and we will also cover the shipping costs back to us. Please note that we will need to see a proof of purchase and of shipping, so please retain your receipts.
We hope you will be very happy with our products, but you do have the right to return a product that is not damaged, providing you return it to us within 14 days of purchase, and the product is complete and fit to be resold. You will receive a full refund, however you will have to pay the shipping charges to return the product.
As we have mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, we have made the choice to not use cellophane wrap on our products, in order to minimise our environmental impact. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF YOUR REASON IS NO CELLOPHANE WRAP UPON RECEIVING OUR PRODUCTS.
If you place an order by mistake (it’s ok we all make them!), please contact us as soon as possible. All refunds will be paid through the same method as your original payment.
Any of our products that are purchased at a physical outlet or store will need to be returned to that place.
